Terms of Service

Who we are

Figures is operated by Summit Trading Company LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Figures (“Figures”, “we”, “us”). These terms cover your use of Figures, a service that syncs reports from QuickBooks Online into Google Sheets. By using Figures you agree to them.

Beta service

Figures is in beta. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We’ll do our best to keep your syncs running and to tell you when something breaks.

Subscriptions and billing

Figures costs $10 per connected QuickBooks company per month, billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. Connecting or removing a company changes your next bill on a prorated basis.

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, and you won’t be charged during it. When the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your card is charged $10 per connected company each month until you cancel. We email you 3 days before the trial ends.

If we change prices, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect.

Cancel anytime

There’s no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like in Settings: choose Manage billing and cancel your subscription. You can also email support@figureshq.com and we’ll cancel for you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; your syncs keep running until then, and you aren’t charged again. We don’t refund partial billing periods, except where the law requires it. Your Google Sheets stay with you.

Your data and accounts

You keep ownership of your data and your Google Sheets. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for keeping your QuickBooks and Google accounts secure.

Not financial advice

Figures moves your QuickBooks data into Google Sheets exactly as QuickBooks reports it. It does not provide accounting, tax, or financial advice, and we don’t audit, verify, or warrant your books or the numbers in them. Always verify the numbers. You remain responsible for how you use them.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Figures: no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or access it in ways these terms or the law don’t allow.

Disclaimer of warranties

Figures is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no promises about the accuracy of the data in your QuickBooks company (those are your books, not ours).

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Termination

You can stop using Figures and close your account at any time; the Privacy Policy describes what we delete and when. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or don’t pay, and we’ll tell you why. Your Google Sheets are never touched by termination.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If something goes wrong, let’s try to fix it first: email support@figureshq.com describing the issue, and we’ll do the same to you, and both of us will have 30 days to work it out before either side files a claim. If we can’t resolve it, any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and both of us consent to venue there.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post changes here and, for material changes, email you. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions? support@figureshq.com.
